i have it much worse then u do, it changed my background to an "error" message saying my computer is infected. it is so bad that i cant even open any files to remove it help!!!

Bit of a bootleg solution, but here's what I did:

1) Immediately hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete as Windows starts up.

2) Wait for System Security to show up, then select it and hit End Task.

4) Close the program.

5) From there, use Combo Fix or a similar program to remove System Security from your computer.

You may get a popup window telling you that you need to restart your computer to finish updating - hit no if that happens.

Restart your computer and keep hitting F8 when your screen turns black. Choose safe mode from the options. If it doesn't let you choose, use blehmerrrr's "bootleg solution" in the comments above. It worked for my cousin.

u have very little time that task mngr is open so pressing all those keys at the same time will get rid of it for shure.
