Namco plan to make Tekken 4 right after T3 in 1999. Playstation 2 start in 2000-2001... Well, as we all know, Arcade TTT is something like modyfied T3 (like this), but PS2 version is like new game...

When i read news about this movie, Namco show 3 screen from "Tekken 4" from this vid. Paul was older, this stage is exactly the same as in T3 Paul intro and...Rocky 5 movie. Final sceene.

THIS is NOT what created TTT. The arcade version of TTT looked just like T3, and used the same engine. The graphics were updated for the PS2 version. I think it is either a tech demo or an early remake of Tekken 3 for the ps2.

My only guess is that the PSone could not run this level smoothly like the others. The arcade version had 3D environments while the PSone version only had flat environments. This might also just be the preview for tag tournament.

Yep, it's from some PS2 before premier events. They show Gran Turismo , King's Field, FF Squall and Rinoa Dance and some other stuff. They use code from this demo in TTT - tekken tag tournament
