I'm not sure what you mean by hardened, but I find her mature and her aura just resonates with regenerative warmth and magic. I am very honored to have been able to meet her on two occasions. Both times she was warm and very intuitive when with myself and other fans there. I do agree with you about her beaming like a little faery during this period, taht's what makes it so transformative when she switches to her powerful, dark voice.
@BoysForPele1989 I agree. I don't find her distant from her fans at all. Obviously she was younger here, I guess she's calmed down some. But I still find her warm and very sweet, and she still seems to have a lovely sense of humour and is appreciative of her fans.

you could try limewire...I have used that quite a few times and have a lot of live Tori...
