Yes. I like Dr. Evil as much as Austin Powers, they are both fantastic ( well, same actor) but l love the villains that Alan Rickman plays, he is amazing.
SHODAn is one of the best computer games villains of all time, from one of the best computer games of all time, "System Shock 2". It's an RPG/FPS game from 1999, and because it's never been re-released (grrr), it's quite hard to get hold of a copy nowadays, but it's well worth it if you can (you'd have to download some patch or other from the internet to play though, most likely).
