This generation of gamers and gaming companies wow. There are some good games out for the big three systems 360,PS3 and Wii. I have not bias to any gaming console or gaming company. As far as getting into HD gaming and all that. We are only seeing the beginning of what is to come.I have been gaming since 1990, so i have seen and played many greats. The SNES was my first console and i still enjoy it to this day.
I regret my 360 everyday, because it keeps me from doing the more serious things in my life. FUck 360, I may just have to get a PS3 to free up my life. ;)
If MS4 Comes out on the 360 you are going to pay a lot of Money because there are going to have spit the game into acts anyway and games these days cost 60 Bucks. Plus ( I'm Not Sure about this but) Won't all Those CDS take up Your Place On the 360

None of the home consoles do well in Japan.. the PS3 hasn't even sold 3 million.. and I think the 360 is close to 1mil.. It's all about handhelds in Japan.

the reason hardcore gamers hate the wii is because of the lack of hardcore titles it isnt capable of better graphics. Wii Fit never appealed to hardcore gamers. It appealed to those who already owned a system and wanted to work out in the home instead of getting their lazy asses out of the freakin' home. And of course I heard of those games. Just because they aren't arcade style doesn't mean the Wii isn't as well. SIXAXIS and motion sensitivity are two completely different pieces of technology. Besides, what's innovative about having a bar for the wiimote to work? PS3 uses bluetooth technology, therefore they don't need anything like that for their motion sensitivity. THAT is innovative.
o sry i just remember watching some interview on the company that is making wii-motion plus and they said something bout the wiimote itself was built off of sixaxis by left,right,up,down,back,forth. i may have misunderstood it then. Though i still dont agree on the whole innovation thing and i dont want to continue to argue about it. First of all the wii does use bluetooth technology. Thats wat the senserbar is built off of. second all sixaxis is for the ps3 is simple tilting and rotating.
actually im not sure wii mote is blu tooth cuz it has the black front like tv remotes it could be IR blue tooth is quite expensive so its proabably no blue tooth but six axis isnt rotating and tiliting its about 360 degree sensativity
no the wiimote is built w/ bluetooth. True it is expensive which is y the wiimote is $40 by itself. I think b/c of the bluetooth ppl have been able to use the wii-mote on their laptop as a mouse cursor and using other devices

The Wii is one of the worst consoles, but one of the best selling consoles, Nintendo has always been doing good. Nintendo always launches the kid friendly cheap convient console, Sony always launches the highly updated console with new hardware, and the xbox launches with new software.
PS3 all the way. After I got RROD I completely dropped the Xbox 360. Even after getting a refurb one. The one they sent me is twice as loud as the one i sent in. Sony needs to drop PS2 and add Backwards compatibility on the PS3. Xbox pissed me off!!!! and the one that broke was an Elite!!!!!

Nintendo did announce Pikmin 3 at E3, so that's coming next year for the Wii most likely... I guess Nintendo will talk more about 2009 games later this year or early next year like Microsoft.
Right now I think that Sony has a more stable 2009 lineup because we pretty much know several games that are definantly coming in 2009.
And Long live the PS2, it will go down as one of the greatest systems of all time..I just don't want to see the end of the PS2 it will be like the end of a dynasty.
There's one Wii game I'm looking forward to in 2009 and that is The Conduit, a FPS with WiiSpeak and online multiplayer. This year I'm getting Wario Land: Shake It!
nintendo sells a lot more than ps3 but theyre so much cheaper that i dont even think the profits are dat much different, also nintendo and microsoft are so disorganized with their consoles because of the xbox HDDs and the wiimotionplus

Well that's my opinion. To me, I would buy a Ps3 if it gets A TON of killer exclusives not seen on the 360, (I'm not satisfied with their current exclusives as of right now) and I freakin want the price to drop to about $300. $400 is still too expensive for me.
That's not what I'm hearing, they're making the 80gb PS3 $399.99 replacing the 40gb PS3. And this PS3 will have the same stuff as the 40gb PS3. That's still not good for me. Especially with me thinking the 40gb PS3 sucks and me liking the Hi-End PS3.
Are you talking about the 80gig PS3? Because if so, you're misunderstanding. They aren't making a 80gig PS3 with the same build as the 40gig, they're just reducing the price on the 80gig that they made. Correct me if I misunderstood you.

I would say the best thing about the PS3 is that it doesnt matter what hard drive you start with because its a simple 2.5" laptop HD and is very simple to upgrade. So I wouldnt sweat what size HD it comes with. Thats an amazing plus for sony over the xbox. If I didnt have the 80GB already or didnt have a PS3 I would just buy the smaller HD and upgrade it myself.

the reason hardcore gamers hate the wii is because of the lack of hardcore titles it isnt capable of better graphics. But no matter what anyone says gameplay > graphics which is y wii fit has better sales than any ps3 or xbox 360 game. As long as developers keeps coming with more innovative titles the wii will never die down in sales nor quality.

actually the wii is going to be the future because it completely revolutionizes gaming where as the ps3 is just upgraded hardware. The wii is the reason the gaming community has doubled because its attracting casual gamers. Ps3 will never appeal to the casual gamer because of its price and lack of innovative games(with the exception of little big planet. Where as wii fit for the wii may sound gay to hardcore gamers but has sold thousands and is still hard to find to this day.

You obviously have no idea what the word "innovative" means. The Wii is just an arcade at home, since the arcade has motion sensitivity. Nothing innovative there. SIXAXIS, however, is a different story. THAT is innovative.

I know wat innovation means and this is wat it means(feel free to look it up if u dont believe). Innovation is "implementing new ideas to create value." Is that not wat the wii did? Wii Fit never appealed to hardcore gamers. It appealed to those who already owned a system and wanted to work out in the home instead of getting their lazy asses out of the freakin' home. And of course I heard of those games. Just because they aren't arcade style doesn't mean the Wii isn't as well. I'm guessing you're a Nintendo lover, or why else would you bother supporting the Wii so much?
BTW, Nintendo's confrence sucked ass, so why would I even care right now what they have to offer?

SIXAXIS and motion sensitivity are two completely different pieces of technology. Besides, what's innovative about having a bar for the wiimote to work? PS3 uses bluetooth technology, therefore they don't need anything like that for their motion sensitivity. THAT is innovative.

o sry i just remember watching some interview on the company that is making wii-motion plus and they said something bout the wiimote itself was built off of sixaxis by left,right,up,down,back,forth. i may have misunderstood it then. Though i still dont agree on the whole innovation thing and i dont want to continue to argue about it. First of all the wii does use bluetooth technology. Thats wat the senserbar is built off of. second all sixaxis is for the ps3 is simple tilting and rotating.

no the wiimote is built w/ bluetooth. True it is expensive which is y the wiimote is $40 by itself. I think b/c of the bluetooth ppl have been able to use the wii-mote on their laptop as a mouse cursor and using other devices

The Wii is one of the worst consoles, but one of the best selling consoles, Nintendo has always been doing good. Nintendo always launches the kid friendly cheap convient console, Sony always launches the highly updated console with new hardware, and the xbox launches with new software.

PS3 all the way. After I got RROD I completely dropped the Xbox 360. Even after getting a refurb one. The one they sent me is twice as loud as the one i sent in. Sony needs to drop PS2 and add Backwards compatibility on the PS3. Xbox pissed me off!!!! and the one that broke was an Elite!!!!!

I know a ton of people including me that play it for about a month with family and friends then never playing it again. About the ps3, i heard something is up with the blue tooth headsets, i have noticed it that when i play warhawk or gta no one can hear me !! Please sony sort this shit out! lol

Nintendo did announce Pikmin 3 at E3, so that's coming next year for the Wii most likely... I guess Nintendo will talk more about 2009 games later this year or early next year like Microsoft.
Right now I think that Sony has a more stable 2009 lineup because we pretty much know several games that are definantly coming in 2009.
And Long live the PS2, it will go down as one of the greatest systems of all time..I just don't want to see the end of the PS2 it will be like the end of a dynasty.

Well that's my opinion. To me, I would buy a Ps3 if it gets A TON of killer exclusives not seen on the 360, (I'm not satisfied with their current exclusives as of right now) and I freakin want the price to drop to about $300. $400 is still too expensive for me.

I would say the best thing about the PS3 is that it doesnt matter what hard drive you start with because its a simple 2.5" laptop HD and is very simple to upgrade. So I wouldnt sweat what size HD it comes with. Thats an amazing plus for sony over the xbox. If I didnt have the 80GB already or didnt have a PS3 I would just buy the smaller HD and upgrade it myself.
