no, this is a part of the movie "wir kinder vom bahnof zoo". I don't think there is an original video of this song. But I love it. It's the first of the album "station to station" by david bowie.

I've never seen this whole movie, so getting to see Bowie's bit is a treat. He did move to Berlin to clean up. The logic- if you go where it's most available, you won't want it as much. all things considered, I bet him cleaning up his habit, inspired him to help out on this movie.
