  • QUESTION: If an internal combustion engine uses it's alternator to produce electricity to recharge the battery and power things like lights and whatnot, why do these electric cars NOT have a self recharging system? I mean the wheels are spinning right? Why can't they also turn a generator? These are are exclusive to a certain type of consumer. I mean if you live in an apartment, where can you plug your car in? You'd have to be a home owner. Because the car doesn't recharge itself.

  • @etonks that breaks the laws of physics .. not only to say that it couldnt keep the whole charge if it was possible, due to friction and heat. did you even pass physics class?
