*groan* more e-drama... I really couldn't care less whose idea this was since it's still one of the coolest/most useful features of the phones that use it. besides, I use Verizon so I'll never have to worry about having this feature available in the first place, lol.
good video, btw, that phone's got some impressive volume!

Sprint licensed Klausner's Visual Voicemail for the Samsung instinct and to use in the familiar looking device. Klausner Technologies is the maker of visual voicemail and is sueing Apple and AT&T for alleged patent infringement.
