This would of been more impressive if you actually put Sonic in it. Sadly it's like every other hack. Changing the coins to look like rings is kind of cool, but you did a half assed job. The amount of lives you have still show mario, the coin counter still shows coins, and you could of at least changed the stars to something else like emeralds. You could of also replaced Lakitu with Tails fliyng around with the camera.

Other people here may think this is cool, but I have standards.

Mario music is really for gamers who need quick jingles that are applicable to the atmosphere of the level being played. And, sonic music is for gamers who like to "rock out" while they play (or at least the new sonic music anyway). Personally, I like mario music better. But, again, it's a simple matter of opinion.
