  • Bahahaha! This is hilarious!!!

  • @curtmastor You sure talk a lot of shit for a worm behind a computer screen. Real tough guy aren't ya? It's for those of us with low self-esteem. That's odd because I'm 110% confident were I ever luky enough to meet you in person I'd bitch slap your coward ass just to see what a tough guy you really are.

  • "take sweet pictures of us lifting barbells with 5kg" LOL

  • If you want to be stronger, lift.

If you want to be faster, run.

If you want to be better at a sport, practice.

If you want to be better at crossfit, do crossfit.

  • Lol this is hilarious and so true. For all the CF haters, CrossFit is just GPP and has been around decades.

  • Everybody this is fucking hilarious! They're just having fun whether or not you do cross fit or not, just sit back relax and have a good laugh!!!

oh while your reading my comment check out our channel :) thanks folks

  • Well coming from the military side of the house, I say it's perfect for what I do. I'm a grunt corpsman with the Marines and it definitely suits my needs. If it isn't for you, then it isn't for you. But of all the different types of workouts and gyms I've been to, it's helped me the most with my performance. And my performance doesn't involve catching a stupid ball. I walk with weight on my back. Jump, run, shoot and everything in between. So, I'll stick with it.

  • Haha, this is awesome, CrossFit is all i do and this is funny as shit. I love reading all the people talking shit about CrossFit and saying you will be "mediocre" at everything... That's kind of true, HOWEVER if you tailor CrossFit to your sport, i.e. Football, UFC, Soccer, B-ball, Base-ball, it does not matter you will be better then if you did not do CrossFit tailored to that sport. A lot of people that want to get into shape dont want to play a sport and CF is perfect for them, stop haten! :)

  • @EchoHotelEcho If crossfit training really worked for elite sports athletes, you would see olympic athletes doing it. The majority of athletes do maximal strength for all sports;strength, power and even endurance due to the reciprical inhibition, access of fast twitch fibres for a sprint finish in a race(the list goes on).Almost all elite power athletes do olympic lifting for high rate of force development.Crossfit is not maximal, nor sport specific when it comes to competition.

  • @EchoHotelEcho It is non-functional in a training program for an athlete. It's for the joe public. If it were to appear on a program,it would be for very basic general conditioning (complete off season/active rest)..and most athletes will do swimming, yoga, bodybuilding etc during this period which achieves the same outcome(keeping in shape, low intensity etc).FYI- MMA & UFC are fit fighting machines-they don't need crossfit.

  • @EchoHotelEcho In nearly all sports more is not necessarily better.Semi-pro and pro athletes already train several hours a day several days a week.More volume especially when it's basically non-specific cardio will not make you run 3K faster or recover quicker for a heavy weight set.It would just lead to over-training and potentially injury. And its not KIND of true,Crossfitters would fucking die in REAL competitive sport.crossfitting is another branch of the fitness industry disease

  • @TheBAC4life I agree with you partially. I do give CF great credit for reviving interest in the Olympic Lifts. Basically those lifts were killed by the fitness industry as I see it. It also made PL more mainstream which I am grateful for.

  • @TheBAC4life thats why the best rugby team in the world crossfits and some of the best mma fighters do also

  • @JayAdams34

not for there base workout though aye dickhead

  • @EchoHotelEcho Clearly not a conditioning coach. If you are, you clearly aren't gonna be an NFL or track & field conditioning coach anytime in this galaxy.Hell,a personal trainer can get quicker and better physique results. You just got schooled.

  • I've gotta laugh at all the comments that are anti-crossfit. The main argument I see, is that crossfit doesn't make you excel in particular sports. Of course it doesn't. Crossfit is a workout regime designed to increase your overall level of fitness, which is based upon a variety of factors, including agility, flexibility, endurance, balance, etc. So a crossfitter may lose to a power lifter, but throw those 2 in a race requiring all of the above, and the crossfitter will win by a landslide.

  • wendlers 5/3/1 will cause your penis to swell back up to normal size.

  • "we can take a bunch of sweet ass pics of us doing hand stands, lifting barbells with 5 kg bumper plates, and tearing shit up with PVC pipe"

  • I'm like a navy seal and olympic gold medalist wrapped in a suit of body armor

  • Cross fit is a joke...just a money scam

  • Crossfit is just a scam to get your money! Nothing different then any other fad workouts, you take basic lifts superset the shit outta em and time yourself, and bein most ppl who are doin crossfor have little lifting experience their form sucks and they end up hurting themselves

  • @joe00pimp A scam takes your money and doesn't give results. No other exercise program has pushed me this far this fast. The only cost to CF is a membership to a CF affiliate. Just because you don't like it or it looks too intense doesn't mean it's a scam. Get your facts straight.

  • @incognito217 Crossfit is a scam, and a hoax.

  • @BeepimajeepBeep Get your terminology right. CrossFit can't be a hoax. It's semantically impossible. CrossFit is also not a scam. Do you even know how CrossFit affiliates are structured? How is CrossFit any different from a franchise? If you think CrossFit is a scam, you must also think that all franchises are scams.

  • Cross-fit is a good workout, period. The arguments are hysterical on here. The videos are spot on. But there are hundreds of ways to get in shape, pick yours and lets get America healthy again. Who cares which method we choose, P90x, running, Cross-Fit, Sports, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Dance, or a combination.

  • @brandenb78 Yes! finally some common sense! pick one, you cant lose....

  • @brandenb78 wendlers 5/3/1? oh no that would require lifting heavy weight and sprinting up hills.

  • @thegreathistorian7.... or even just some kind of hard running if no hills there, but whatever you do, do not do kettlebells shit, put down your 5kg snatch and but down your copy of enter the kettlebell and stop pretending your tough. 5/3/1, cardio, penis returns.

  • quite true, crossfit is nothing but a way to get in shape. But I would rather be able to outrun, lift, and outlast an athlete with superior skill than be like many professional athletes that couldn't run a mile without collapsing. Thats just my opinion.

  • Drywall sent me.

  • XD I totally shot tea out of my nose. hahahaha...nothing a little vagisil can't fix

  • is that Jacob from LOST with that shirt on???

  • upsideyahead, this is HYSTERICAL! You and jsenicola should open shop together. I laughed until I almost got SICK! BRILLIANT! Best regards..

  • thats why BJ penn did it. Look up fight gone bad dumb ass.

  • I am obviously superior because I do crossfit workouts. Haha that was great, sadly enough I am that guy.

  • oh my good god these are some frikin hilarious clips

  • fucking pussy ass crossfitters. squat and lift heavy. Forget your dumb ass high rep light weight shit, until crossfit is an olyimpic sport, it amounts to nothing. Have fun taking your shirts off and blowing each other during your workout. Theres a difference between weightlifting and excersing. -Olyimpic Lifter

  • @zseward we do lift heavy dude

  • So hilarious & true! I do CF and man this is so funny!

  • crossfit gets you better at.......?? Oh yeah, a ruined body years later! What are people actually getting so extreme about anyway, does your job or daily life require that you have "c-fit" capabilities to live a better life or be happier and more productive? Lift heavy weight briefly, add a bit of intervals at the end and keep this up for decades, something that won't happen to people that actually want to puke during their movement sessions!

  • 0:31- 0:40 is the funniest part

  • I have nothing against the cross-fitters. One of our instructors is a certfied Cross-Fit instructor. But bascially Cross Fit is just Billy Blanks Tae Bo on steroids.

    :()

  • haha this is hilarious. so familiar

  • haha this is hillarious. so familiar

  • I don't know any Crossfitters that fit this stereotype. Where do I find them, so I can tell them to shut up?

  • @EZ2anger I only know one person who crossfits and hes just like this guy, crossfit is so gay

  • @NJnaturalBB You know 1 Crossfitter, and he is a douche. With the information provided in the previous statement you can conclude that %100 of Crossfitters you have come in contact with are gay, so Crossfit itself must be gay. However, the total number of Crossfitters is much greater than 1, which punches a huge whole in your hypothesis. While I'm at it I would like to point out that just because someone you know is a fag, that doesn't automatically mean the things they do are fag activities.

  • @EZ2anger Lol, Google>Images>Greg Glassman. He looks like he's pregnant.

brb doing kettelbell snatches...when will it be mine turn for aesthetics??

  • these guys sound like moon man

  • hahahahhaa!!!! fkn HILARIOUS!!!

  • did you bang her? lollolol

  • Hilarious.

  • lol douchebags.

  • what the hell hesounds like t pain but in all ur other videos they sound like t pain

  • I liked that blonde guy, why did you ruin him? :(

  • Vegas !

  • "I did fran in under a minute" lmao, superman couldn't do fran in under a minute. too funny.

  • haha this is funny

  • Smell Elite!!

  • I'm not a crossfitter, though I know something about it... and I DO find this hilarious!

  • Hate if you want but the truth is that CrossFit is WAY more intense than regular gym workouts and we are elite athletes. Most people are not tough enough to handle what we do and that's a fact. I'd say almost half the people who have come into our gym and did the intro workout have never come back. CrossFit - FORGING ELITE FITNESS

  • @Jimmyd71482 Come on bro. Elite athletes? I wouldn't go that far.

  • @Jimmyd71482 cross-fit is nothing but a way to get in shape. A great athlete from another sport can come in and excel in cross fit, but i guarantee you a cross-fit athlete cannot go into a sport and do well. being a cross fit athlete will make you nothing but mediocre in everything. you will never be good sorry.

  • @oldbananas9 So you are telling me that a marathon runner could do a workout like "30 snatches at #135" faster than a Crossfitter? Or that a football player could do more sets of "100 double-unders and 20 handstand push-ups" in 20 minutes than a Crossfiter, with no prior Crossfit training? I would really enjoy watching those athletes compete with a Crossfitter.

  • @EZ2anger So what? You pick two extremes of the sporting scale. Why not pick sports that require a mix of strength and aerobic training. A decathlete could come in and beat the crossfitter. So could a professional rugby player. Get over yourselves. Crossfit DIDNT invent the concept of intense circuit training with compound movements. Track guys and rowers have been doing that for 30+ years for example. I like the notion of training that way but I hate this self appointed 'i am crossfit' BS.

  • @pharry4life Football players are not an extreme, they have to have great strength and aerobic capacity, which is why I chose a football player in lieu of a powerlifter. I know that high-intensity training is not a new concept, but Crossfitters are very good at what they do (Crossfit) and an athlete with no Crossfit experience would be hard pressed to beat a Crossfitter at Crossfit, just like Crossfitter won't out-run a runner, out-lift a lifter, or hold an iron cross as long as a gymnast.

  • @EZ2anger I wrestled and played football for all 4 years of HS, I'm confident I can beat most people at whatever a Crossfit competition entails.

  • @NJnaturalBB Beat most anybody at Crossfit? Or most Crossfitters at Crossfit? Head over to the Crossfit gym nearest you and challenge them, I'm sure they would oblige.

  • @EZ2anger Even though I know I'll probably be victorious, what lifts would I be doing?

  • @NJnaturalBB I don't know, but I can guarantee that you will have to do a more than lift weights.

  • @NJnaturalBB if you beat every one there and have a video of it, i will give you a cookie but im pretty sure i will be keeping my cookie

  • @CxOxLxE Good one.

  • @NJnaturalBB i thought crossfit was going to be easy too before i tried it. i thought it was just going to be some lifts thrown together. but after my first workout i was on the floor gasping for air and i have been working out for 7 months before that

  • @CxOxLxE You still do crossfit? 7 months of lifting or 7 months of endurance training. Strength=/=Endurance

  • @NJnaturalBB i didn't know about crossfit 7 months ago so i went and hit the gym like any other monkey trying to get strong and better at baseball, yes i did get stronger and i did start to hit the ball further but i was not flexible or explosive. THEN i ran into this and i am throwing and hitting the ball further than i ever have, my endurance for running has increased 3 fold along with my quickness out of the box.

  • @NJnaturalBB Agree, add wrestling and MMA to the list of sports which do cross training. Wrestlers were doing these kind of workouts in the 80s-they called it 'working out' not some self appointed 'elite crossfit'.

  • @oldbananas9 - Spoken with true ignorance. CrossFit isn't designed to make a person a good athlete in some arbitrary sport. It's a program for overall fitness. Just as a power lifter wouldn't do well in a CrossFit workout, a CrossFitter wouldn't do well in a power lifting workout. CrossFit isn't a training program for football, or basketball, or whatever else you might want to throw in there. To insinuate that the goal of CrossFit is to make you a good sportsman, is ignorant.

  • @TheFunnyOne25 the thing is though, crossfits not an efficient way to actually get good at crossfit! Take an oly lifter or a powerlifter outside of the shw categories and give them 2-3 months of conditioning and work capacity training and they will far outperform people who spent equivalent amounts of time doing only crossfit in a crossfit competition. watch this video and read the description watch?v=hJnY-8cRLfg

crossfits fine for getting people off the couch, but is far from optimal

  • @ilikecakemorethanu - The argument there would be that you're only taking into account the "off the couch" users of the program. If CrossFit wasn't a fantastic overall fitness program, then many police departments, fire departments and military units wouldn't be using it as their primary physical fitness regimine. CrossFit is good for ALL people. Sure, a power lifter, or an olympic lifter is going to out perform a CrossFitter in SOME facets of the workout, but certainly not all of them!

  • @TheFunnyOne25 the point is that elite crossfit competitions are supposed to measure work capacity and general fitness and that work capacity is dependent on the amount of force you can produce. There are better ways to get good at producing force than crossfit, and there are better ways at getting good at crossfit than crossfit.

  • Comment removed

  • @oldbananas9 lol this comment makes no sense..

  • @oldbananas9 I agree with you but that is because sports require skill based training specific to that sport. Crossfit is for fitness. End of story.

  • @oldbananas9 its another bullshit sportish hobby like triathlon. both cults have retarded kool aid drinkers who live nutty lifestyles and follow wacky nonsense diets and goat about it. its not a lifestyle its a manufactured identity for people with low self esteem.

  • @Jimmyd71482 No, they don't come back because they have better sense than to flail around like that during exercise and value their long term joint health.

  • @Jimmyd71482 Dude, are you kidding me? WAY more intense? Any good program for any sport is WAY more intense than the average gym goers workout. Jesus, you people are something else

  • "Why the fuck would I go somewhere I couldn't stay paleo?" F'n hilarious.

  • "im fucking elite"

  • This made my morning a lot brighter. Great video!

  • i made a good sho EVERYONE CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!!

  • Hahaha this is fucking soooooo funny. Swinging on the bar like a douchebag

  • Holy Jingle Bells Christ!!!!

Crossfitter for 5 yrs, and yeah, that is HEEEEEEEEEE-EEEEEEEE-LARIOUS

    absolute gold!

  • hahahahaha!!! oh wow!

  • With out a fucking doubt.... this is the most amazing thing I have ever seen!!!

  • I am a crossfitter and think this is funny. Too bad they had to lace it with swear words...it loses something as a result.

  • We can take a bunch of sweet-ass pics of us doing handstands.

    Amazing!!

  • WTF?! Hilarious

  • "I didn't have my stopwatch but it was definately under a minute" Lmao!

  • Best video ever!

  • I also do crossfit, and this is fucking hilarious

  • I'm going to go take my shirt off and meet you in the garage

  • This still kills me....thanks for posting it!!

  • You can't compare military training to any style of fitness regime. Soldiers are the real crossfit. There's something about a 20 mile march in full gear that can't be compared to any crossfit workout.

  • Comment removed

  • @firdaus125 i might be tempted to agree with...if it werent for the fact that many military members swear by crossfit as their method of staying in shape for what they do in afghanistan and iraq

  • @coltsboy45 Stay in shape, yeah, definitely. I was fitter than many other friends when it came to certain training in the military. I'm just saying, some of the training in the army is so unique and difficult to follow that no form of training can make it a walk in the park. Like sleep deprivation, being dehydrated, doing route marches in the hot sun on rough gravel etc ... I've known tonnes of "fit guys" who didn't blitz through the training like they should have.

  • @firdaus125 The military work outs are really hard, they wont be a walk in the park but hopefully they'll be easier by comparison

  • @madmardygan and you know this how? I am in the Military and the standard workouts are BS...most elite units like the SEALs and EOD are using crossfit.

  • @MegaBadMoFo because my closest friend is US Army special ops, he had never done nor heard of crossfit. A few years back I did martial arts with a green beret who had also never heard of crossfit. The general work outs may be easy but my statement was all encompassing including both the crossfit you mentioned and the qualifier times like running a mile in under 5 min 40 seconds in addition to strength etc. Anyway you need to work on your reading because I do crossfit and support it.

  • @madmardygan Maybe you need to work on your reading...Because I said Navy SEALs use crossfit...I said "ELITE," not army. But the normal military workouts outside of the Special Forces are BS.

  • @MegaBadMoFo specific to what you need to do to become part of special ops not the boot camp bull shit 1.5 in 12

  • @MegaBadMoFo can you tell me where you're getting "most" from and quantify it?

  • @madmardygan Well.....Maybe I should quantify and say that the Navy Seals and EOD units are using Crossfit routinely for PT.

  • @madmardygan I'm not trying to push your buttons...google: "Military says You’re Too Flabby For CrossFit" and read the Wired article. This explains the typical "military" PT regime.

  • @MegaBadMoFo

Look, thank you for serving first and foremost. I support crossfit and that's why I took offensive, (am sporting a .com shirt now). It's awesome that the Seals use crossfit they're some serious badasses. Outside of firsthand experience can you tell me why you believe that most of them do use crossfit? If I quote you I need to be able to site it because I'm not in the military.

  • @madmardygan Well....I currently in the Navy....and the EOD unit on base has there own crossfit "garage." Additionally, the Greg Glassman (inventor of CrossFit) was key in implemented CrossFit at BUD/S Phase II. CrossFit is now part of BUD/S curriculum by name.

Also, the regular Military PT Nazis are generally against CrossFit...Military PT is formulated by civilians and CrossFit would put the out of a job. Google:

CrossFit Troops Fight For Their Right to Curl Until They Hurl

  • @MegaBadMoFo Good read, but the problem will come up when I quote you and am unable to back it up. It's happened before and I was able to support everything I said but it would be great to have some solid stats know what i mean?

  • Im a crossfitter...and this is fucking hilarious.

"I'm like a fucking navy seal and powerlifter rolled up in body armor"

  • lulz0rz crossfit is teh ghey

  • hahahahahahah, too fuckin funny! 3-2-1 go!

  • needs voice acting.

  • I train Crossfit, but have never set foot in a CF gym so I've never had the 'opportunity' to encounter the people like this. Fortunately, my experience has been nothing but positive on the Facebook group and main Crossfit site :)

And I still find this video hilarious :)

  • hahahaha i love bodybuilding forum

  • You are a genius. I don't know who you are, but I love you.

    "I'm fucking elite." That's brilliant.

I stopped CrossFit after two long years because of this attitude.

  • Whatever. I am a crossfit nut and this is just funny!

  • Tearing shit up with pvc pipe... Best line in the whole video

  • hahaha, that's awesome

  • That was amazing.

  • Fuck yea!! I love crossfit and I love myself!! I'm the man!! I was driving to Vegas with my buddies and we had to pull over and do sets of L-hangs, thrusters, burpees, and kettle bell swings. we refuse to miss our W.O.D!! HGH........PROTEIN!!!!!!

  • hilarious.

  • Soooo on point. If you do crossfit and don't find this hilarious, you have no sense of humor.

  • LOL so true some crossfitters can be total fags

  • solid vid. hilarious even.

  • I'm like a god damn Navy SEAL and olympic gold medalist wrapped in a fucking suit of body armor.

  • Hahahaha freaking hilarious. If you don't know CrossFit you won't get a lot of these jokes. CrossFit is the best thing since sliced bread, period. I don't know a single person who's given it a legitimate try and not loved it. There are douchebags everywhere, that's just how it goes.

  • If you think CF is the best thing since sliced bread then you're clearly a moron. If you also think CF is the first group to prescribe metcon workouts, you're also living in the dark ages. The fact remains people have been doing what CF does for much longer and with a better approach for a long time. CF has simply had the best success with name branding, mostly do to the 300 craze, which is ironic because 300 was a Mark Twight program, anyway.

  • Mark Twight learned everything he knows from crossfit. He just chose to open up his own affiliate and name it something different and add a twist of his own style.

  • lol, ok.

  • crossfit is for people who can't make sacrifices and try and be good at everything but ultimeately fail.

  • Comment removed

  • SOO damn true. Damn crossfitters act like douchebags at the gym im at and throw and drop the plates like assholes, And we dont have bumper plates so they destroy all the weights. They never put the weights back either.

  • lurve it! sooooooo true!

  • Awesome!

  • Classic, F-ing classic!! Epic even.

  • Aaaaahaha, I fucking murdured "Fran"! I´m fucking Elite"!

  • holy shit that's funny

  • blackbelt only has half the story... greg glassman made crossfit much like linux. It's open source meaning there are very few guidelines... the idea is that the good affiliates and the good trainers will survive while anyone opening a half assed or shit gym might get by for a bit but when people arent seeing results they wont stick around and theyll end up at the 'real' affiliates. This allows for rapid expansion as well as trial and error of new techniques for coaching, recruiting, training...

  • @hidr0 i completely agree with ur statement, but my point was more about the attitude of these shit affiliates, im not anti-affiliates i actually belong to one, and have belonged to several in the past, im just talking about how some of the trainers are dicks who have lost all sense of what crossfit is, but 90% of the community is filled with great people and crossfit as a whole is a great community

  • This is too funny. You have to be a CFer to appreciate it.

  • HA! Nice. "...some where I cant stay Palio..." Classic.!

  • Hahaha, I am an affiliate owner, this video is fantastic and unfortunately it rings true for a lot of crossfitters...i myself am guilty for being shirtless with boardshorts a couple times...but its a shame that crossfitters also knock other people so much for following a sport they love i.e. bodybuilding or distance running...crossfitters be nice, know what the reason is behind crossfit, and be a good coach.

  • HAHAAH, this is good, pretty much the exact attitude of all the new dbag affiliates, how i miss the good old days with real crossfitters working out in a garage, not these dicks that feel the need to open an affiliate when they know nothing about the culture, or real meaning of crossfit. hope all of you true crossfitters out there never for get the real vision of crossfit

  • What's the REAL vision of CrossFit and who are all the 'dbags' you speak of and what they're saying/doing to CrossFit?

  • @2528997 CrossFit was originally a grassroots kind of thing, meant for a few friends to get some bars, bumpers med balls and rings and workout in a garage, or turn a small area into a box, it wasnt meant for there to become these huge affiliates trying to buy out or beat other affiliates, there should be no competition r negative energy against affiliates, and then you get tools that dont know how to teach crossfit or know about its culture who go and open a box

  • Thanks for replying. Very Insightful.

But can you elaborate on these 'affiliates'?

And what's the story behind Greg Glassman?

Also, when did CrossFit come into play? And the Navy SEALs?

  • There are still many real affiliates out there, but then there are some jack ass ones who try to buy out other crossfit affiliates and steal their members, its not fair to people who running an afilliate may just be a hobby or a part time job, i dont know glassman all i know is he didnt expect crossfit to get this big wen he started it i think, it came around in 2001, and the navy seals adopted it as their pt

  • Thanks. More insightful info.

But I think I have a learning disability, because I'm still unsure of the nature of these jack ass affiliates, you speak of.

Sorry, but if you don't mind, can you answer these questions:

    1 What's an affiliate?

    2 What are characteristics affiliates?

3 What does it take to become an affiliate?

4 Aren't there any ROEs that come with being an affiliate (Such as "don't mess with other affiliates")?

5 I was under the impression that CrossFit came FROM the SEALS.

  • @2528997 An afilliate is a CrossFit gym, the affiliation has to be granted by CrossFit, you have to have a level 1 trainer and you have to apply and be accepted by CrossFit HQ, there aren't rules about stealing competition from other affiliates because for the most part the people running the affiliates are good people, but u also get about 1/4 of the affiliates that are assholes and dnt knw shit about CrossFit, and no the Navy SEALs adopted CrossFit from Greg Glassman, he created it

  • Thanks. Got it now.

But how do those assholes become affiliates without knowing shit about CrossFit? What makes them assholes?

  • The true headline should read "Crossfit - not just a workout but a cult!"

  • best. video. ever.

  • This was awesome, thanks.

  • Buck1Ramone,

    You are a douchebag!

    (just kidding)

  • Fucking Hilarious! I've been doing Crossfit for nearly two years. This video is a completely, absolutely, 100% accurate portrayal of 99% of the people who crossfit.

I like the Crossfit, can't tolerate the Crossfitters.

  • Exactly how I feel...

  • Bang on. Video is hilarious and summarizes all the crap that devalues CrossFit.

  • I think the video is a reminder to laugh at ourselves and have fun with what we do. Most Crossfitters aren't this way, but you always have a couple token people in any athletic sphere, that will spin it in a bad light. Good laughs, just want people to take it for what it's worth...comedy. Not everyone trains the same way and that's what makes life interesting!

  • This is hilarious on so many levels!! Great job!!!

  • Comment removed

  • 2:35 hahahahahahaha hell yeah, more like army ranger.....LEAD THE WAY

  • Very very funny. Good job.

  • I thought this was pretty funny.

  • I know about this, I didn't like the generated voices, but I mean...Iguess it is alright if you ever want to do a stand alone animation and lack the knowledge and skills to animated, along with having a lack of time as well...oh well, it would have been much better, much much better if someone voice acted the lines instead.

  • You are a dumbass. Who gives a rats ass about animation skills you fucking nerd. It wouldnt be nearly as funny if someone "acted it out". Nobody can beat a robot saying "douche bag" or "ratard". And you dont even cross fit, you probably just sit on your lazy fat ass
