It's from an official magazine how can it be fake look at my other video of wave 3 + batpod you can clearly see them in the magazine it's OFFICIAL :D

IT WAS SAID ITS TAKEN FROMA MAGAZINE. someone couldv just copy paste or shit like that for all we know. it would be more convincing if you made a video holding the god damn magazine and showing us from that. give me a damn link to the magazine. i know its fake.

I've seen other pictures of the magazine that show quite clearly they are real and from a magazine. However, you're still right. It is the Scarecrow head and Thug body, you know why? Because Mattel is cheap and kitbashed them to get a new figure.

Not really. I would have expected Mattel to use the same cape, belt, and head for both Batman Begins and The Dark Knight Batman figures, but they're completley different!

scarecrow is fake its just a thug with a scarecrow head and a painted white dress shirt and painted over the gloves

I admit not much effort was put in like no tie for example but I assure you scarecrow is not fake.

These are protos so the final product may vary :)

I agree with you, they probably aren't fake, but the Scarecrow is just a Thug with some paint jobs. You can see on his back, there is the smiley face in the wrinkles. The thugs have that, and I can really see it on that figure.

Yeah I feel the smiley face on the scarecrow will ruin it lets hope they make new base figures or all the suited figure will have a smiley face on the back :D
