@dmf415, you are meant to have it always on, so that in short use situations you can instantly boot it up and go. It does boot slowly the first time for me as well. Just getting used to this as a concept. Not sure if I need it, but neat that it came with my Dell.
Am I doing something wrong? my latitude on takes longer than windows 7 to boot.
