The blending has to be better, overall not bad. If you guys are going to do a 3-4 part harmony, at least maintain the 3-4 part harmony. Some people are gonna need to do melody while others should do harmony. The main girl singing the first verse should smooth out her phrasing so it doesn't sound choppy. Otherwise, it sounds pretty decent.

Arrangement is not bad, quite creative. Voicing, harmony.. hmm.. not impressive for a vocal group of that size. Mostly singing in unison. First part definitely off key. However, with more practice, this group can make it. Try to explore different keys to make your harmony more interesting.
