Thanks for all of the comments and tips on getting better. I'm suffering from some tendonitis, so I have not progressed (probably resulted from dropping too fast). Would love to see what you other gals can do, so I can be inspired!
@Wolfsbane240 Work with a grip which is a littlebit more tight than in this video. Try to do 25 chin ups in as many sets as you want. E.g. begin with 2 reps per set and do 12 or 13 sets. Try to become better and do 3 reps per set (8-9 sets).
You can spread the sets over your whole workout, which gives your lats more time to chill and will help you to do more reps in the next set.
When you reach 5 sets with 5 reps, increase the overall number of chinups to 35 and reduce your number of sets.
@wusselfussel And when your number of reps per set is not equal because you are not able to do as many reps as in the first sets, dont worry. Try it again in the next weeks till you can do the same number of reps in each set. After that, reduce the number of sets as said above.
Lateron it makes sense to add weight and not to increase your repetitions, but you and me are a few steps away from that point. :D

her form was good for the first 5 then she started swinging and dropping without control into full extension. looks impressive but not great for you
