Offically it only works with Vista. Unoffically, it works in most cases but we don't promise compatibility at the moment.

Yea, Go into your buy history on the tgc forums and download the patch from there for ragdoll to work again

You'll get full frame rate with a 8800GTX as long as it has at least 320Mb ram. I can't give a specific performance evaluation as different brands and computers affect it, the best thing you can do it compair it on the numberous technical websites.

record the dialog, and save the audio file into the correct folder, then assign it to a sound zone that is triggered at whatever point you want it to. That's more or less it.

yeah i've worked out how to do that now. i use this animation tricks to use in-game cut scenes. i should really get X10. i've only got the fist one's demo and i like with that.

The standard models are Scifi and ww2. We will ensure the add-on packs that go with the DX9 version also work with X10. We are also working on a new TGC Shop which will allow you to buy new models and media for your game creation projects. There is also a "Poster" feature for quickly adding in 2D static images.

They're going to optimize it for lower cards like the 8600. But when I get a Vista with an 8800 GTS 640 MB, and with an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5800 2.8 GHz will own FPSC X10 with it's graphics and power!

Of course it will run on any Directx10 card. Since this is being tested with an 8800 Ultra I believe with a quad core, it makes more cards run it slower. Say that it ran at an average 50fps. An 8500 will probably run it around 30-40. So, if they optimize it for lower dx10 cards, it will run faster and smoother on more powerful cards like the 8800 GTS or maybe even the 8600. Hopefully, they will optimize it for dual cores as well. But I don't think its much of the core that matters.

What you need to realise is that the difference between an 8800 and a low spec 8400/8500/8600 is huge. The only current DX10 cards that can deal with this sort of work is the 8800. We will have optimisations but these lower cards will struggle.
