@radiationphilc they were created by =DC=Shadow, how was a moddeller for my mod. I have added a link to were you can download these in the video description.
I'm guessing you haven't seen red dwarf, type in Red Dwarf into google and look at wikipedia. that explains the ships and the tv series they came out of.
As for there functions i don't know, i'm not the creator.
Brilliant. Always wanted to see starbug in a game. Where did you get all these ships from? There's nothing in the filefront sites
