  • hey i have a 87 subi gl and i planing on droping a wrx sti engine into it and i wanted to no did u have to do alot of mods to make it fit?and if u did info please.

  • it's got like 7.5 lbs per horse. of course its gonna be quick. That's bad ass though, never would have thought of that. I was thinking about getting a fwd loyale sedan and converting it to electric because theyre so light and supposedly have a big trunk to put all of the batteries in. awd would definitly need an sti motor though.

  • Still on the stock axles? Damn nice dude, I thought they were too weak for the power of an STi engine. Devisin!

  • @420witchdoctor

actually yeah, i think i'v use 27 splin axle out of a FWD 87 GL .. it been a while now !!

i did not manege to break them, i was amazed myself considering the amount of abused that car have seen !

  • @scobbyfouette Shit's all wack, haha! Can't believe the strength of those things. Of course, I've done the EJ22 Legacy swap to GL wagons before with (LOL) just an adaptor plate and seat-of-your-pants engine mounts, HAHA! Keep slidin', man!

  • I thought this clip was a fast forward trick until I listend and played it again. that car is quick just to look at.

  • Have you even considered going with the EJ25? It has just as much power without the gay ass lag, and it's a lot easier to control.

  • This is for any subaru owners with 4 lug wheels/hubs. You can convert these all over to chevy/toyota/nissan 6 lug wheels. All you do is you bang out two of the opposing studs in the hub and put a 6 lug wheel on the remaining studs and mark where the other holes are, drill them out and bang in new studs and you now have 15"+ wheels. Easiest thing ever. Lose the thirteens once and for all!

  • Thanks for that insight!

  • fuckin a brother

  • @LiftedCO Do you have to raise it up any? Or can you just put them on stock once the holes are drilled?

  • @DeliciousMike No i don't think you wold have to lift it, just gotta get the right wheel/tire height. Now if you do wanna lift you're subie check out SJRlift.com.

  • cool mek jte donnerais ton vid pi tu le metra sur le tien
