I have both a black widow and a brown widow. And that is a brown widow as the guy said before the egg sack it textured. I'm probably the strangest Mom I love catching spiders black/brown widows are my favorite. And I have a box turtle living in my bathroom. lol :o)

And a brown widow has an orange hourglass, not red. But to most idiots they look just like a black widow because after a few months they get really dark!!!
