@s0ulunion at the end of FFX-2 tidus comes alive again? so I'm guessing the fayths feel sorry for yuna and use their faythy powers to bring him alive? it doesn't say exactly, you're left to interpret it for yourself.

I just see dissidia as this guy wanting all the crystals, so he summons a bunch of evil guys that are already dead to help him and in exchange they get to fight the guys that killed them again. Jecht's real too because he became the aeon/sin thing.

Shuyin loves Lenne in REAL LIFE, they live in Zanarkand before Sin even is alive (yevon created it to defend Zanarkand by asking all the people to become fayth,) but shuyin and lenne did not become fayth because they were killed. I rly don't think Lenne looks much like Yuna, they are totally different people - but could possibly be from the same family, which is why Shuyin thinks Yuna is Lenne, and why tidus is attract'd

The way I understood it is Tidus was kinda like an aeon, where he was just a dream of the old Tidus summoned into the current time... or something like that. I don't quite get the whole dreaming faiths thing.

Anyway thinking back on it, I guess everything in Dissidia is feasibly possible.

@s0ulunion To be short, Tidus and his father were created by the surviving inhabitants of the real zanarkand who became fayths. At some moment of FFX, Yuna mentioned that some aeons could very small but I don't know if she referred to Tidus.

FF X is confuzzling. Not even in a FF VII way. FF VII pretty much always required the player to play through 2 times in order to understand what was going on with Cloud, Jevova, and Sephiroth. But X, I have played through 2 times and still I don't quite get it, it doesn't make any sense. Not to me anyway, unless their is some crazy philosopher thing going on with the whole dreaming stuff like Chrono Cross, except without trying to explain it.

@WolfSyn My theory is that Cosmos brought Jecht back to life waaay before Jecht turned over to Chaos' side only to fight Tidus. So Jecht and Tidus were supposed to be on the same team. Anyway afterwards, Cosmos summoned Tidus right after FFX-2 to fight against Chaos. That's just my theory.

Story wise, the game maily focuses on key moments of each one of the games (ex: Tidus/Jecht = father/son conflict). Which means that, cliches are inevitable in this game as you will see LOADS of them. Because of that, a lot of gamers say that the plot isn't deep like normal FFs, yet, they're forgetting that this game is FF crossover. On the other hand, if you ARE a FF fan (and actually liked all of these sentimental moments from FF1 to FFX then...this game is for you!
