do the fd manifolds fit perfectly or did you have to do modifications???

They required a lot more work than I expected but paid off in the end. A custom spacer is required to match the ports of the S5 LIM and S6 UIM, plus some grinding, filing and drilling for the stud holes. Even had to cut and weld the oil fill tube too, lot's of little stuff.

Very carefully, lots of small changes and data logging, more small changes, more data logging. Adding fuel in 2% increments, boost by 1psi. Still running a stock timing map.

What inlet manifold and injectors are you using?

It's utilizing FD manifolds with a custom V-mount intercooler, still using four Venom 720cc injectors with the Rtek7 Stg 2.1 ECU for EMS.
