Your best bet though is to go through netflix if you have access to it. They have the new seasons 1-5 on there on instant plus the TV Serial movies that David Tennant did.

You know why David is my favorite of the newer Doctors? He just felt right. The way he first appeared at the very end of season 1, his manic range of emotions changing without transition, his zeal for exploring the universe, and just how sad it was when he left. So, she watches the beginning, and it's scripted so he says all of that. Then, she fast forwards and you just see his mouth moving and endless talking and she stops it in time for him to say "23." This was an easter egg on the DVD so you could see what David actually said while trying to get the gesturing.
