well that match at wm was sort of passing the torch they knew trishes and lita's days were numbered and trish at that point had a 15 month reign, the 3rd longest reign as women's champ in history! Also, and her losing to lita was to set trish up and end her career with her feud w/ lita. So its not that mickie is inconsistant, but they needed to pass the torch and end trishes career w/ a storybook ending.

I know that she passed the torch to Mickie at WM and that they wanted to give her the storybook ending but (at least in my opinion) they went too far with it. The normal thing to do is job your way out, or at least make the girls that are gonna stay in the company just as good as you are, but instead of doing that they made the division look so inferior to her.

Trish totally dominated her biggest rivals in her way out: beats Victoria in a n1 contendership match that Trish dominates, the 2 intergender tag matches with Lita as champion she dominated the matches and only lost 1st because of Edge's spear and then because of the RKO, her last match against Mickie is nothing but a squash match and then her last match against Lita she wins by submission to win the womens title. They made Victoria, Mickie and Lita look too weak.
