How do you drag pages into the bookmark bar like you can in Firefox or is that actually not a feature of chrome? Dragging a tab off the tab bar just puts it in a new window and doesn't allow you to drop it on the bookmarks bar or within a folder on the bar.

google chrome is amazing... except for one thing. it freezes whenever i put my mouse over a youtube video. it'll play totally fine, until i hover my mouse over it, then the entire browser freezes. not just that tab.

Instant bookmarks have been available for eons. It used to be as simple as Ctrl+D. But I guess only us rocket scientists are capable of a two key function.

chrome is great.. really fast although it still has bugs, and it freezes up occasionally.

Goddammit, this browser isn't doing anything new. Although it is bringing some of the best features of other browsers into one bundle. But it's still copying. Instant Bookmarks: Firefox New Tab Page: Opera Incognito: Opera, where's the need for this browser? I mean Firefox can pretty much do anything you can think of anyway.

Video Download helper can do the same thing as UnPlug but simpler I use it my self give that one a shot, if you don't want to use that the Nightly tester tools add-on can force the install of any add-on many of which work fine and have only been disable as a precaution. And most of the updates to Firefox 3 were welcome enhancements to speed and memory usage,I know people like to see new flashy features when a new browser comes out which is what Google's browser offers but Firefox gives function.

In FireFox this is even easier! You just need to drag the page's tab to the bookmarks bar!

I tried to do the same in Google Chrome, but it didn't work.

And btw, I didn't find it to be faster than FireFox on my XP machine. To be honest, I find it rather slower...

But it's still a beta version...

I really miss some kind of bookmark manager window like in firefox, or even a bookmark sidebar... when you have thousands of unorganized bookmarks you can't scroll down the Other Bookmarks menu...
