A great dance song should not only consist of a good beat, it should also have great "melody" and "vocals," just as many of the timeless disco hits of the 1970s once had. Disco was a genres of music you could "feel" while on the dance floor, unlike most of the dance music since that era. And Andy Gibb's #1 hit song, "Shadow Dancing" was no acception. You could feel the song at a time when disco was at its peak. Shadow Dancing had the innate ability to make just an average dancer, a Great Dancer!
