wax the shit out of it and then i normaly try and grind it down with my trucks so i can feel how its gonna grind thats the best way i know how to do italso push with you back or front foot depends on wat trick your doing

you gotta wax it, and grind it enough until its worn down, wax it again, and go for it. Or you can just go most places and this will already have been done, or curbs that are painted red slide easy and people cant park there, perfect.

Get some wax, you can use candles and stuff, just rub it on whatever your grindind, and it'll be steeeeze ;)

you don't have to ollie out of it although it looks better and you might have an easier time getting off if you ollie out of the grind since you don't have to nudge your truck off the grind surface. do what works best for you.

look for ones that are "curb wax" those are the best. im pretty sure of it. busually, all waxes are the same. so if you cant find the ones that says "curb" on it, get any other wax.

wear elbow and knee pads and a helmet, so if you fall you wont hurt yourself...

grow some balls or forget it, no matter how carefull you are on a skateboard or how many pads you wear YOU WILL fall over and get hurt besides...pads are pretty lame helmets yeah fair enough your heads pretty important but knees and elbows just get grazed and the constant ridicule youd receive for wearing knee and elbow pads would be worse then a few grazes...that and "chicks dig scars" :)
