  • If there's one thing I can't stand if not anything else, it's when an overbearing, domineering, pushy, self-absorbed battlelax like Dixie Cart taker her boot and shoves it in the asses of everybody else!!

  • they don't seem to have faith in their talent. if they did they wouldn't force the roster to agree with them. if TNA can't work with original talent and make people famous then they won't last long.

  • Watch TNA Turning Point mate that shows the wrestlers acted in a Great way & put on a better ppv than WWE have all year.

  • It's stupid to even expose this sort of stuff to the public in the first place. What was the point for airing this to the public is beyond me.

  • Dude it's simply the rambillings of a dying brand soon to be on Vince Mcmahon's shelf.

  • the new WCW!

  • That speech did 3 things:

(1): Implemented the 'no talk' rule where expressing verbal disagreements will not be tolerated to the point of dismissal and has shut everyone up in fear of losing their job.

(2): Implemented the "I am above and beyond question, reproach, rebuke, and criticism" mindset.

(3): Implemented the "Questioning me is sabotaging me" mentality.

  • I have a problem with Dixie's.....speech. I think she asks too much from her superstars. To me, she seemed a bit domineering and pushy.

  • agreed.

  • i agree that footage was completely unnecessary for anybody to see and shows just how retarded TNA management is

  • After this vid, i've lost completly faith in Carter. I now dispise her. It would be interesting if she would declare all the contracts null and say to all the talent, leave and sign with anybody else if you don't like our direction what would happen.

  • If I am not mistaken, Dixie did that once before and Ron Killings, Loki and Chris Harris said adios to TNA.

  • Three big losses, imo. Three guys that were pushed hard at one point and were burried by Jarrett afterwards. I include Monty Brown in this too.

  • it came off as bitchy and bossy especially on the part where her ability to run this company got discussed. it's as if she's being defensive

  • @ InstantClassic8:

Don't forget, Dixie pretty much WASN'T running TNA for the past 6 years, so Dixie Carter saying so is complete bullshit. She only started running the company after she booted Jeff Jarrett from power over the Jarrett/Karen/Kurt situation and someone had take over. Before that she just sat in an office while Jarrett ran the company. Carter is like Ted Turner: He didn't run WCW, he just gave Eric Bischoff the money and the control and let Bischoff run the show for him.

  • Its all because of what Nash said last week. Apparently during the live taping on tuesday he did an unscheduled promo running down TNA and Dixie.

As to why we are seeing this, I have no idea. Maybe shes trying to show shes got balls, maybe shes just too egotistical for her own good. I agree though, you shouldnt be restricting what your own talent can and cant say, maybe when the cameras are rolling but there is such a thing as freedom of speech.

  • Yeah I get that it's a business, but the employees have a right to question if something isn't right for someone. I know I want to speak to my boss if I don't agree with something. Dixie was basically saying "Agree with what I'm doing or I don't want you in TNA." So I guess the opinions of the wrestlers who helped make TNA big don't really matter?

  • i think she was right go listen to it before u say somthing about it

  • if you not with the hulk hogan deal then your gone that was the point at least they showed that thx for the vid

  • agree with u 100%!

and ur the yankee hat is amazing

  • I didn't care for it either. I mean she says if you don't like it find employment someplace else and then she won't release Kaz. If you are going to say something then mean it. I think the whole not questioning what's going on is complete bull. If a wrestler doesn't feel like dressing in a turkey outfit necessary, then he shouldnt have to do it.

  • The speech she gave was rigth on. If you have a problem with this whole TNA "Revolution," that is happening then you better find new employement. Booker T is a prime example of how Dixie Carter needs to act. It's the young guys right now that TNA is running with, no more of the 40 year old club running things. They need to do whats right for TNA, and whether they have to lose a few people who are not on board with the direction, so be it. TNA will still move forward with or without you

  • Figures the IWC would have a problem with this. You guys have no idea how to run a business, yet you talk behind a camera to about what... 2000 people, wow. Right ow TNA is in a huge transition mode where alot of stuff has been happening and is soon to be happening. And if you're down with that, then why be part of the company. Hogan is being brought in so that finally TNA can be a legitimate competition to the WWE and finally grow at a rapid pace. Plus, she is the one signing there cheques

  • I know how to run a business. And talking down to your employees and patronizing them is not a smart move. Especially the ones who have already proven their loyalty to the company.

  • Haha sorry buddy, but running a company and running a multi-million dollar company, with tv contracts, shareholders and a network watching you is very different. And tyhe direction right now they are going in is catering to the young guys who have put in there due at the company. So why would those guys be worried? It's the guys such as Booker T or anybody who doesn't want to give up there spot to the young guys. As long as you are willing to give it your all in the ring, why be worried?

  • ok, buddy

  • I agree with you 100 percent. That address to the roster was total garbage

  • Dixie mad a bad choice for saying if your not with tna you can leave knowing they had problems with kaz wanted to leave to aj and joe getting with it with russo, its not helping tna as a whole that they care about their "home grown" talent but they can cater to Hogan that he is going to help tna. It would look bad more to dixie as a failure then hogan if they continue to going this way. that video was pointless to address the wrestles on youtube and making the roster wonder why they are there

  • When I 1st saw it..I thought it was cool to see such a behind the scenes moment

but then I wanted to watch the reactions of the wrestlers while Dixie was talking and you can clearly see some concern or just confusing on most of there faces

when she said if you have a problem with TNA you have a problem with me I kept thinking wow...so its her way and thats it.I don't think she is too concern with what others think at all

won't be surprise if we see alot of people asking for there release soon

  • Some of them looked pissed lol. Even AJ didnt look too happy.

  • lol yeah Yankees

do you actually watch baseball or just a gangster Yankee

  • Yes. I actually watch baseball.

  • lol yeah man way to be

There were these guys wearing yankees hats today when i was at school and my buddy is a hardcore yankee fan ( we are from canada btw)

I guess he was so pumped about the yankees winning he went up to the guys knowing they didnt know anything and started talkin about the game ahahah their facial expressions were eppppPIiCCC

I think Dixie and all of TNA are relaying on hogan so much.. they dont care about half the roster anymore.. not like they did before ahaha

  • havent seen the vid but so far ive liked dixie..im guessing this is gonna drop that like a lil lol

  • hell, any iwc member can run tna better then her

  • I didn't know what to think when that aired on T.V.? Unless its for a storyline that seemed stupid.

  • To me, she was saying "you don't have to agree with my decisions, but if you bad mouth those decisions in a public forum, that's uncalled for and you shouldn't feel the need to stay with a company you don't believe in." To an extent, I agree with her - as an employee, you shouldn't badmouth your company. If you have nothing good to say about who you work for, why are you working for them?

That being said, I think it was unnecessary to show it on tv. Pointless.

  • i dont see tna on tv in the next 5 years

  • yo classic, I respect your love for tna but they are a sinking ship its a matter of time.

  • What she was saying is if you have a problem with me signing hulk hogan then i will fire each and every one of you all i need is hogan. march 26 2001 point blank Brother

  • i didnt get "oh dixie wants the talent to shut up and fall in line" at all in that vid, i saw passion and she cares about tna and doesnt want someone to hold them down just because they dont agree with something.

  • i didnt take what she said like that at all, i dont know why it was shown on impact but i do believie she was just trying to make it a point that they need to all be on the same page if they wanna get somewhere and if someone doesnt want to be a part of it then they should leave, i wish nash had been there cause he prob would have walked out since he doesnt care

  • all their hard work will be destroyed by one man

    brother....

  • I rolled my eyes at Dixie's speech.

Listen to your employees. You don't have to agree with them.

  • Dixie's speech did come come out on tv. It opened Impact.
