If you place or receive a call then the phone automatically locks and if you need to push any additional buttons..ie to make a choice for an automated system then you have to unlock the screen and open the keyboard after each button push..that's the most annoying feature yet

i have this phone, its acc quite good for people that arnt expecting say a iphone like phone. does the job, simple. one bad thinkig is it isnt that responsive but u get use to press a tad harder on the screen very quickly. so apart from that very good phone,

i'd just like to say quickly that if u do get it, id suggest getting the black not the white.
