Yes. Casey is too smart to have used a garbage bag and blankets from her own home to wrap the body of her daughter. She may have let her child get stolen by someone she knew and believed she could get her back if she didn't report--very sick indeed--but the child died in the "care" of the other person and the body was wrapped in things stolen from the Anthony''s house and planted nearby to frame Casey.

In fact it was her overestimation of her own intelligence combined with her stunning naivete/stupidity that got her into trouble inthe first place. She's one of these ppl who assumes that they're "good with technology" simply b/c they can log into myspace account and send a text message. Modern phones/computers are so user friendly that even children can operate them.
G&C are concerned as to hwo and why the car ended up at the tow yard. They MUST find Casey to find out if it had actually been stolen (as planned) but upon finding CA at Tony's it was determoined that the car had not been stolen & that CA was last to touch the car. Ciny FREAKED OUT! The PLAN had to change right then! So Cindy made fake 911 calls, cleanded away the evidence implicating CA and hatched the Nanny story. A thief had not taken the car as they had planned so Cindy cleaned the car!
