In the prison system, no matter which country, the prison population doesn't take kindly to people convicted of child abuse. If they were allowed out into a yard full of bank ropbbers, drug dealers, and people whom have done some of the worst crimes, even they are united. A child abuser would get smashed to a bloodied pulp within minutes. If even a hardened criminal can see this is wrong, why can't some people whom look after children?

i was a child of fostercare..im not saying all of them are abusive, i got one of the bad fosterparent duos..i endured physical, and mental abuse from 1974-1981, i still struggle with the PTS of the abuse.. it seems to me, anything the government tries to control becomes a real mess.i believe the social workers of CPS should be held to account for the abuse of a child that they are being paid to protect.
im sorry for the rant, but this really pisses me off...

@doglick131 One problem is that these people get paid to foster children. This leads to children being used as a source of income. The real problem lies with the fact that children CAN be taken away from biological parents. Far too often a teacher calls social services, the child is removed and interrogated without guardian or legal representation in the room. Child is coerced into saying there is abuse and shipped off, to be raped/beaten/degraded and all under the eye of the FED.

What these people are doing falls more into things like slapping, punching, kicking, etc. Which can be really damaging, especially to younger kids. That isn't ok.
