@lufthansa330pilot No, SLC doesn't have any Amsterdam flights, international schedule not counting mexico and canada is summer CDG(Paris) 7x weekly and NRT(Tokyo) 5x weekly, winter is CDG 5x weekly and no NRT.

When I was landing in Salt lake city we were higher on approach. Landing was much smoother, and plus I didn't have to wait to long to get on my flight. LOL delta sucks. They have a lot of delays I prefer Southwest.

@palebit well salt lake is a major hub for delta so it whould be weird if they didint have a paris flight, i believe that they might have a amsterdam flight to but im not sure

I didn't know there were flights between Paris CDG and this part of the USA...

I've flown many times between Nice Côte d'Azur and Atlanta in the middle of the 90's with Delta.

no kidding, I live in salt lake and i play baseball in the spring...about a third of our games were snowed out this past year during april and may, now fall is here and just last week it snowed in the nearby mountains! I hate winter here!

Well one year one of Utah's ski resorts was still open on the 4th of July. TONS of snow that year.

I agree with you that u2 rocks, and no there is no interference with the aircraft comms..only cell phones and wireless computers pose a risk.

Not even cell phones m8 .. Some cell phones have ( plane ) or ( flight ) mode , [ E.g Motorola V3i ] which enable you to use the video so safely . I dunno why some ppl still think those devices are dangerous to plane . ! Don't be afraid . Nothing happens while using 'em .
