Whose voice sounds very old-fashioned by this stage, though he's altered it a bit to introduce Blur (which I was looking forward to).
West Wales couldn't even *receive* Channel 4 back then!
Major was wrong to regard Blair's changes to the party as superficial, but right (though it pains me to say it) to call him a soundbite politician.
