Actually no i was cristian for almost 4 years but i had tons of questions no body knew the answers i read the source where i could find these questions (Bible) and what did i find? A "perfect" book inspired by "Allknowing" God with hundreds of errors and contradictions and things wich doesnt make sense and are estupid in one part says something in the other says its the exact oppsite its all contrafictions and fatal mistakes wich they tried to hide with traditions.

It only became a serious moral issue after only her friends made it into one. @thewordthatpierces tell me about I have argued with him many times to the point where I have his routine down pretty good. Everytime you make a major point he either ignores it or writes it off as an excuse. As far as history is concerned and at times he will use historical arguments he is an open target every argument he makes can be refuted in which case he will just return to his 1 sam and other such scriptures that support his view as if thats all he has left even though its baseless.

@Buddhist1986 ALL have sinned and fall short of the glory of God...we are all sinners even Christians. I had an abortion. Yup. I did. A BIG SIN. A mistake. I regret wholeheartedly. NOBODYS PERFECT. But yet, God has grace. Yet, He loves us. And yet He has forgiven us when were truly sorry and turn from our old ways and choose to follow Him. All we can do is try our best to live a life thats pleasing to God in honor of what He has done for us.

@Buddhist1986 Actually according to the German Philosopher Emannual Kant things like good, evil right wrong, etc. are subject to personal interpretations that when compared to reality are much different. Because personal interpretations are based on Experiances. You judge christianity as Immoral because your experiances in war and the aftermath of it ( PTSD) I think of Buddhism as immoral and even lazy and irresponsible and Christianity as being a hospital for sinners because of my experiances.

@bailong329 The fact that I don't plan on seeing that being different is proof in itself that what Kant says is true. And when you compare both interpretations to reality ( KANTS WORDS NOT MINE) and thats any interpretation BTW, they will differ with the reality of the belief greatly. Well any belief. Thats because experiances compromise not just interpretations but also responses. Someone who saw death will have a different opinion of historical facts then someone who hasn't.

@bailong329 We have both experianced death in different ways. I am not going to share those experiances because they are personal so don't ask about them. I never asked about yours for the same reasons, and we both came out of those experiances in different ways. I felt blessed you in all liklihood didn't. @bailong329 It can record sound, but not video or scent. Its limited only to that function. Humans are the same way. We record experiances from our 5 senses that make up our reality not reality itself. We think we do but if a tape recorder could speak ( impossible but lets assume) its version of reality would be vary different from yours or mine because it can only record sound.

@bailong329 (CONT) the last thing i have to say if u have read buddhist scripture u would know BUDDHA was ALL KNOWING being all knowing Buddha KNEW what was MORAL and IMMORAL & gave his children(US) his laws dharma and precepts which are PURE,and what any person would consider modern day MORALITY.being all knowing he knew what caused suffering and what eleviated suffering to SAVE ALL BEINGS not just his followers.why is ur deitys MORALS today considered EVIL or immoral to EVERYONE but CRIMINALS?

@bailong329 so in what reality is it okay to kill unbeleivers?if its immoral for muslims or say buddhists to kill christians cause ur unbeleivers then is it immoral for christians(followers of ur deity) to do the same to others?i would have to say kant was correct on how we all have different experiences of who is right and wrong most vary on different senarios,but as i stated ur deity didnt have different senerios he had blanket orders to kill various people cause they were different.

@Buddhist1986 Better question in reality can killing be justified? The correct answer is yes it can be. But what makes the killing justified from an uncompromised position. Your ancestors slaughtered mine and drove them from their homes. Everything you claim christianity is responsible for your ancestors are responsible for doing to mine. To say Christians are guilty of this is the same as saying your guilty of crimes against the 1st nations. Christians didn't do this white european invaders-

@bailong329 did. The Christians at least helped us out when we needed them. Your ancestors on the other hand gave us blankets with small pocks ( see I can play the blame game too). So in reality you are the guilty party by default because your just as responsible if not more responsible I believe they call that Kharma in your religion. Do you even know how many Natives your ancestors killed? As far as every Native is concerned that won't change until you return to Europe where you came from.

@bailong329 See how reality and personal interpretation don't correlate. And from historical standpoint everything you pointed out wasn't even uncommon 3000 or even 4000 years ago. Everybody warred against each other especially in the Middle East. Even before the Israelites. The Hitites, canaanites all those guys made war especially around modern day Israel because of its resources and positions along trade roads. Meggido alone is said to have had more battles then any other city in history.

@bailong329 not all the battles were when Israel ran it. It was the same even under the Canaanites. Slavory same deal even in India you had slavory up to around 800 years before Gautama. We know this from writings from Greek and Egyptian traders. So in reality people who over react to this information is stupid. There is a whole chapter of US history with this same crap happening to Native peoples like my tribe why is it the only people outraged about that openly are Natives?

The scriptures also say he saw an infinite number of past lives but he had a final life which is a contradiction because a finite means it can stop at any time and infinite means it can't stop even if you begged it to. If Gautama was all knowing he would have known better then to eat rancid food, or he could have predicted his own death ( each buddhist book says he died one of 3 ways all 3 ways he never predicted)so in Reality he wasn't all knowing.

It wasn't until after he was pestered into submission that he finally allowed her to become a monk or ascetic would be the more accurate term. If he was all-knowing he would have known she would know the desire of her heart and honored her request. @bailong329 it can be proven that all sins are judged at different degrees exists and not the same degree and you cannot prove anything of the sort. The bible says they are all judged by the same degree because in reality all sins do the same thing no matter how small it is. The effect is the same. You hurt someone else in some manner. In other words whether its murder or lieing they are all have to be judged the same way. So god was justified and saying otherwise is impossible to prove.
