i had a 2006 si with the greddy kit with all acc and full exhaust and 10psi

and it sucked didnt do really much power, blew greddy turbo twice so took

kit off and sold car and sold turbo kit for 1000$

It's the sound coming from the blow off valve.

In case you didn't know, a blow off valve releases pressure from the intake when the throttle is lifted on a turbocharged car. In other words, it allows the pressure to "escape" when boost isn't needed. (i.e. while shifting)

my boy has an 07 si wit a Garrett Gt30 345whp he has pulled on ferraris supercharged G35s mazda3speeds as well as many others, i will post up videos of his car soon.. all i have now is the dyno on the install/tune day... greddy kit is street legal but its a crappy turbo.. the k20 can handle more power.. GO BIG OR GO HOME!

with 400Hp he is pulling on ferraris??? HELL NO man maybe the old ass ones. A semi modern ferrari will smoke a 345WHP turbo si. Mazda3speeds are shit and everyone knows that. I don't know much about supercharged G35's and I will admit that but it seems that they would have more than 345WHP with Forced Induction on that motor. I would love to see a video of him racing a supercharged G35 or a ferrari and pulling either of them.

well let's see, an enzo weighs 3,010 lbs. ... an acura rsx weights about 2,700 lbs. The civic and rsx are both made by honda and should weigh very close to each other. The civic si puts out 197bhp while the enzo puts out 651bhp ... the civic si tops out around 140 mph and the enzo tops out around 220mph ... i love the civic and the rsx but they are not beating an enzo

I just installed the greddy turbo kit on my 07 civic si last week and it makes a massive differance. this kit hits full boost at a low 3K rpms. so emagine your non turbos power at 7-8.2K rpms comming in at 3K and pulling even harder all the way till redline that what it feals like. I can spin my tires in second gear from a roll @ like 4K rpms with out using the cluch just rolling from 3 to 4Krpms the boost spool will create will spine. its crazy!
