umm you just have to hit stick alot. when they jump to catch the ball HIT STICK DOWN it will make them land awkward which causes the injuries. another way is when the rb or wr is barely catching the ball and they aren't jumping to catch it then you HIT STICK UP this also cause injuries because they leave themselves exposed for a big hit while catching the ball . that's the best advice i can give u it takes practice to time the hit sticks right so keep trying u'll get it thanks for the comment..
