It sounds like the music is in the key of B (Db for her) and she's probably playing in her key of C or D.

I've seen this happen to people who play along to cassette tapes. The pitch varies a lot between machines so if you don't play it on the same machine you recorded it on....

Not that this isn't bad even in the best of circumstances, but it should serve as a warning to amateur musicians who enter circumstances that pros wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole.
