he brings me the item but he wont leave it to my hand.. some help plz :0

Get dog treats.

Hold them out when he brings it back, and he'll automatically drop the ball because he wants to eat the treat. Right as he starts to drop it say something like "drop" or "drop it" and he'll eventually get that "drop it" means to drop the ball.

Bring an extra ball so when he comes back you play around with it and eventually he will drop it, then you reward him for dropping it.
