I definitely agree with you on that. She's an amazing dancer [I think I've seen some of her other videos and whatnot] but she seems to be having some trouble conveying exactly what to do. It would be much easier if she broke it down into what muscle groups you should be contracting/expanding or something like that [that's how I was taught it].

I disagree. I love her explanations for how to do things. So many people just kind of do it and don't explain anything... then you follow them and THINK you're doing it right, when in fact you're not. I found out I wasn't bending my supporting leg enough by watching her for example.
