Max Baucus is a bottom feeding beltway politician. I am a life long resident of Montana and I can proudly say, I have never voted for this jackoff. The NRA was in bed with dear Max on the Brady Bill during the Clinton administration and now he rears his ugly head again on Health Care Reform. If one follows the money, over 90% of his campaign finance come from out of state.

I am a Montanan, before the last "assault rifle ban" Baucus sincerely promised he would "NEVER BAN GUNS". He promised this over and over before elections. And then he proudly voted to ban my right to own a semi-auto rifle! This man is a LIAR, and a traitor to his oath to the US constitution and a TRAITOR to my state. He is elected with out of state money and he cannot be trusted. We sent HUNDREDS of letter to him before the last gun ban and he voted betrayed us anyway.

@wolfinside I thought Montanans could own semi-autos? The American people carry most of the blame. The problem is, people only get involved if a law directly affects them. Since a good majority of American citizens do not own a weapon, they see no need to get involved in 2A challenges. This is unfortunate, but the very plan of the left, to spread disinformation among the masses. I never liked Baucus either. He helped to write "Obamacare".
