@mrznwalker im a ret army sgt, and i agree with you, E-7 in the army are referred to as sergeant first class, and in the corps they are referred to as gunnery sergeant, and i never heard of a CO disrespect his sergeant major or below. NCO'S are the backbone of the armed services.
