This would indicate that it is approximately 9:25 (A.M. E.T.). The first WTC crash occured at approximately 8:45 A.M. E.T., and the second at approximately 9:03 A.M. E.T. well first of all as far as that photo goes, it is not necessarily a photo of Bush witnessing a plane crash into either of the WTC; he may simply be looking at a TV after both of the crashes have already occured. But if Bush is in fact witnessing a plane crash as it happens then it has to be the second plane because I find it highly unlikely that the first plane crash would just happen to be live on TV and a TV would just happen to be on and everyone looking at it.
