@donaghm300 What's so special about a simple booktest? It's just a stop in the book, so when he riffles long enough (you can see he keeps on riffling after she says stop) it snaps right on that page. Oh, and Derren also did a booktest out of 3 different books. Chan Canastas book test is still the best, though.

The first book is fake. All the pagenumbers are the same. 131. And than he just moved on to the second book, there he already knew what the page 131 said.

But thats just what I think.

The tricks is the page number 131.. he already memorised the page 131.. while the lady says "stop" he stops but turns a little to make it page 131.. watch the video again.. the first book is set such a way that he can stop at 131..

That would be the easy way out. I've seen Ellen be the subject of other magic tricks and using this method would actually be dangerous. For starters, she'd notice it when she was going through the book to find the page. (It's her book). This can easily be done with a regular book and if you look close enough, you might get an idea of how that could be done.

I have seen too many tricks from Keith which are literally BEGINNERS tricks in any mentalist/illusionist handbook...

I know, since I have only basic knowledge on magic tricks and 'mentalism', with Keith Barry Im not impressed most of the time (he beats me GHAHA, but not the great magicians/mentalists)

I figure that people who are not bright enough to figure out these tricks are the same who thumb down comments of people who are less impressed..sad
