I pity the characters in this mv. They all seem to be lonely people lacking the love of a family. The girl suffering from her sickness with no one to take care of. The boy has a family that he can't really return to. KJKs character seems to be lonely and just passing his days without much hope for the future. In the end, both him and the girl die a lonely death, one in the alley while the other one on a bench. And the boy is again left in the world alone.

What's not to understand, I don't know korean but I can get a good clue of what's happening. The girl's phone has a picture in her cellphone of her with a relative and they both have cancer, the boy on the other hand ran away from his home because of an abusive father(i think), and kim jong kook pays people for stolen cellphones and re-sells them to other people, the girl loses her phone and you can paint the rest of the story yourself.

I completely understand what you mean about his voice when he sings. It's so high pitched (in a good way), which is really unexpected, especially coming from a guy like him (appearance-wise). My friends could not believe it was him singing when I showed them his music videos. Normally, someone his size, people would expect a deep and low singing voice. I guess that kind of makes him unique though =)
