  • The very best debate was actually held by PBS, look it up. All debates should be held like that. Equal time, every candidate answered every question. It was AWESOME, but of cours not of the "Top Tier" guys showed up for it. Everyone else was treated great and I loved how the event admitted shame for those that didnt appear.

  • I'll definitely have to check that out. Thanks.

  • Im amazed that people in the audience of the other networks Debates dont stand up and shout in outrage at unfair, biased treatment of the candidates they are supposed to be presenting to the people. Its a mockery of democracy and those LIVE at the events should make a statement and stand up and yell in defiance. I would if I was there. I couldnt remain silent seeing such disgusting treatment. More people should demand it be like the PBS debate.

  • If I had airtime and a few million dollars I'd organize an event to at least make some awareness of it. Ah well.. But I'm in total agreement. We were left with nothing.

  • Ron Paul stole the show...he actually wants a debate unlike the other puppets (Giuiliani and Romney)

  • Yeah, I noticed that too. Him and Tancredo actually made a point to... make a point. Everyone else was just,.. business as usual.

  • or at least he would have if they had let him talk

  • The debate last summer at least featured some entertaining AND thought-provoking questions. The debate last night included neither! That was a horrible excuse for a debate... They were more concerned about appearing "dignified" than actually challenging the candidates.

  • Yeah, it's like Debating has established it's own sportsmanship etiquette where you have to kiss the ass of the question giver, when given a chance to agree with a contestant you take that opportunity by verbally saying "so n so is right", kiss someone else's random ass, give a brief soliloquy about your beliefs and not really answer the question clear enough and that's about it. It's almost as if we should buzz system. Buzz twice for Yes, Buzz once for No.

  • YOUTUBE debate what a joke. Is this really the questions you asked. There was no real answers and again CNN picked what they wanted. When will the press report the news and quit trying to make the news.

  • I honestly believe that if the news didn't try to be sexy to get viewers they'd still be able to get viewers for being known as the most sincere news program. Back in the Good o' Days, Primetime Commentary shows were the only News shows outside of Journalism. Now we've got Celebrity Gossip and "I'll sponsor if you do a story on my product" and who knows what else. News is a Circus.

  • Yeah, remember the Yankees vs. Red Sox video? Honestly, I think CNN was just looking for easy questions after they had to postpone the debate. Only Ron Paul and John McCain agreed to show up initially. Then they had Anderson "I cry on camera" Cooper in place of Wolf Blitzer?? LAME ON A STICK!!!

  • Hahaha, I recall some Candidates having problems answering questions from a Snowman and because of that not willing to show up to the Republican Debate.
