Yesterday I bought my 107M for $275 with intentions of getting my license soon. It's a super radio that I spent hour's just listening to (obviously). I'd like to have mod's done to it (even the 11 meter mod). Any suggestions on a good site or any info is appreciated! Can you make a video on how to "save" frequencies? That part is rather tricky to me. I got the operating manual off the internet and it's NOT all that clear on some issues..Thanks!
I have the entire ft-107m line in mint condition and the green colour.. the greatest looking and sounding rig i have heard... had the ft-101-EE as well, and the older fr-50 fl-50... The 107 is from 1981 and only 5 of these nhere sold in my country back then .. i even have one in spare for parts and stuff..:-)
I know were there ios one for sale but it has transmit issues... The guy says the finals are ok so its somewere else in the TX chain.

This was my first radio, but a dark color.
Even I can not forgive myself for the stupidity that I can exchange it with a more modern!

The Yaesu Ft 107M, is excelent radio, in Brasil all love this equip.
