Sounds like you're doing H.I.T workouts, which if and only if done to failure will release testosterone and growth hormone. By not over working you limit cortisol of which effects testosterone. H.I.T provides a stimulus to the body that makes your body think you almost died and so you must adapt. Resting is crucial.

this is november and i already lost 40 pounds, the diet work but you have to really focus on folow the rules, if you start cheating everysingle day there is no way in hell that you will improve, just try for 2 weeks and see the diference, there is no better judge about your body than yourself.

The fact that there's been no update to his 'geek to freak' experiment for almost 3 weeks speaks volumes.
I suspected this wasn't going to be a thorough, non-biased, test for whether the program works when he said in the intro video ''I'm sure this is going to work'' or something to that effect. It was clear from then on we were either gonna see videos affirming amazing, mindblowing results.......or hear nothing atall.
do your best to keep up with the eating and supplementation, so you (and we) can see if this program is worth doing. We're all in your corner - stick to it! cheers!
