A lot of people are crying "Steroids!" on here. They all used them to retain muscle tissue while dieting for contests. The amount they used back in the 70s is nothing compared to now.

taking steroids in bodybuilding isn't cheating , all competitive bodybuilders in pro contests do take steroids , you don't call it cheating when all the soldiers bring the same weapon to the war !!!!!!

@steroidsischeating Yea you're right. I'll give you some test, deca and dbol and you could look exactly like Arnold did in 1973-'74 in no time. the steroids will just carry you there! It's so easy and amazing!

@steroidsischeating You can never fucking look like arnold because arnold is arnold. it takes rare genetics, and understanding how muscles work and form at a young age. he was able to literally shape his bicep to what he wanted, yes with steroids also . but what you dont get is during arnolds time no one really talked about it. his time has passed now. so we bring up steroids and you call him names, yet he came from a poor place and accomplished this. wouldnt you do the same if you were him?
