What does "Raises normal attack decision by 2" do? (On fayt's Tri-emblem)

normal hits like just a regular hit not a battle skill do 2 extra hits. If you will notice videos where when a character hits it counts it as 4 hits and show 4 diff damage stacked on top of eachother

that max is +3

earth is easy mode, i don't see why not. Besides you don't earn battle trophies unless you play galaxy or above

aslong as they are not elemental, fire damage doesn't change already elemental symbology like thunder flare you would have to perform it on an enemy that's wind elemental. Hope that helps
