  • Thanks for being you :)

    xo

    tfhl

  • this is realy sommething to think about !!

good video by the way so little editing

you are obviously a good story teller

  • wow she is fit..... OMG ITS A MAN !!!! lol

  • I'm not sure what you mean by 'fit'...

  • MC won't be "old hat" until it is REPEALED. You're right, its so easy to imagine we don't really need defendant's rights, until you or someone you know encounters political DAs,etc.who don't care about screwing the innocent as long as they will keep collecting their salaries. Sometimes people also suggest juries are old-fashioned and reforming the legal system by replacing them with professionals, *shudder*.

  • dude looks like a lady fucking tranny

  • and you are a gorgious little alien.

  • Thank you for the sad news. I need this info. because the media tells me nothing. You are so well-spoken and thanks to Warren25 for featuring you!!! You are brilliant!!! love to you.

  • Warren25 featured me!?!?!? *checks profile* WADDAYA KNOW! Go me! Yes, the media is vague, especially when regarding legistation (that they probably haven't read), law is not fun bedtime literature, but i find it's a very useful thing to study because politicians seem so loathe to discuss the actualities and instead focus on the symbology ('proper tools for fighting terror')

  • Glad to see you back, doing your highly-intelligent analysis of a very important issue. Feature-worthy material.... YOUTUBE should be featuring it though... the heavy issues always sink here, and the fluff rises to the top. Damnable Cappuccinno video logic!

  • Rofl, i'll drink to that

  • you are a great speaker. everything you said is well true and frightning, im gland i live in canada.

  • That is the type of shit that I like to see. Knowlege, straight intell.. We should not ignore it so much in our media.

  • LoOoL

  • oOooOoOooOooOo kay....

  • death is a "humane penalty"?....rats...I guess I was born into the wrong human race...

  • ROFL! Well played. I don't believe in the penalty of death. If for no other reason, for the fact that even the most impartial judicial system imagineable would wrongfully indict someone for high crimes and slaughter an innocent

  • exactly...and it is also pretty hypocritical...

  • Well, unfortunately, america has become the nation of hypocrisy, 'land of the free' when we torture and murder on a scale unlike any first world nation currently on the map (and i think we'd be in the top three even among third world nations)

  • I guess some people only consider it "torture" or "murder" when they are the victims of it...

there is a lot of suffering going on...and this country should be doing its best to minimize suffering worldwide...

  • That's how they abolish freedom and democracy.

  • What you are not understanding is this is a war and therefore these people are prisoners of war and more importantly people who want to kill us its kill or be killed man

  • The geneva conventions provide for the detainment and prosecution of prisoners and criminals of war, US code provides for the extradition of foreign criminals. In short, laws have been written for decades and sometimes centuries to take care of brutal murderers, why then does the U.S. have to create a system by which ANY PERSON REGARDLESS OF GUILT can be indicted

  • Ah, the United States, increasing the desire for, and decreasing the likelihood of, independence with every month.

  • Kinda reminds me of a miny auschwitz.

    George bush is a dick.

  • This, and the patriot act.. the two reasons I have given up my green card. I loved living in the US, and I miss my friends terribly, but I cannot and will not ever live in a country with such a low`regard for human rights. The US is no longer the land of the free.

  • I'd love to leave the country but i don't have the resources to leave or the kind of skills that would get me a visa to another country, sadly, i must remain in a country with low regard for human rights, but i shall maintain some kind of blind hope that the changing nature of american politics will come in to play soon

  • Sugar Gliders!

I remember the great Sugar Glider craze of 99. They were going for as much as $500. 6 months later....couldnt give them away.

You must be dedicated. They require a lot of attention.

What did they get you for? Public intox? Disorderly conduct? Underage consumption?

  • The charge was public intoxication, in texas the law basically states that a minor intoxicated is equivilent to a minor in possession, so i got scentenced like an MIP for a PI, and yes, suggies need lots of attention, i love my pouch demons despite their less charming qualitites.

  • Pretty chilling and more than a little overwhelming.

  • thats just horrible

  • one of them is Omar Kadr, 5years ago he was a 15 yr. old Canadian boy, today, likely a very damaged man, so that depressed me, baby what?

  • *tear* He's my age...
