After Iraq got kicked out of Kuwait by the U.S. in 28th February 1991, Iraq and the UN signed a ceasefire agreement on 3rd March 1991 which lasted a long time. The terms that Iraq agreed to signed in 1991 were violated by themselves many times for a decade and that's when hostilities resumed in 2003. Bush did start by invading but not the war itself. They are no such things as two wars.

The terms that Iraq agreed to signed in 1991 were violated by themselves many times for a decade and that's when hostilities resumed in 2003. Bush did start by invading but not the war itself. @secularvoice If we were to take back Iraq's oil, we would not be in debt as we are nearly in. BTW, most of our oil came from Canada and Saudi Arabia and we buy oil like everyone else is. and The Iraqi people needs their own oil to stimulate the economy. If we did, then the Iraqi people would starve to death a lot which it didn't despite civil war and stuff. And our oil prices is ten times higher than it was after the invasion so we didn't take the oil. Learn more what's going on over here.

I told you damn it because Iraq was in persistent violation of 17 UNSC Resolutions following the 1991 Gulf War and if Iraq did NOT follow those terms, then any member states such as the U.S. and it's allies had right to resume hostilities if Iraq failed to abide by those terms. And UNSC 687(Read it yourself please) that it would authorize the use of force if necessary to fully implement the resolutions If Iraq violated.

Intead ample evidences are pointinbg to the US army. The infamous collateral murder video depicting unarmed iraqi citizens being killed by a US armed helicopter (apache) just strengthens the evidence that main killers are US army.
