the song is basically talking about Aradia's birth.
"mother Dianna Queen of Witches" Dianna is the great mother from which all else springs forth. in the begining she split herself into dark and light. her other half was "lucifer" or Apollo. which is why it says "Oh ye Aradia Daughter of incest. Witch Daughter Lucifer teach her devine" Aradia was the first witch, she came to teach the poor how to break free of the rich who plagued them.
